🔫 Authorities uncovered the largest ghost gun seizure in Suffolk County history at a Medford home, where Daniel Probeck allegedly ran a high-tech illegal firearms operation using 3D printers. More than 112 untraceable guns and 67 suppressors were confiscated in the raid. News 12 Long Island

🐱 A trapped kitten was rescued from a storm drain in Medford by Suffolk County Police and quickly found a forever home thanks to a kindhearted neighbor. The department praised both the officers’ swift action and the resident’s generosity. Shore News Network

🚴 A 23-year-old man was punched in the eye and had his bicycle stolen during a late-night robbery on Main Street in Patchogue, police say. A 32 year old man was arrested and charged with felony robbery in connection with the incident. Patch

🌳 Canaan Lake Park in Patchogue officially reopened Thursday after major upgrades, including new kayak launches, updated playgrounds, and improved safety features.
