Papa Nick's Pizzeria in Bellport Village Gets New Owners
Papa Nick's Pizzeria, a long-standing favorite in Bellport Village since 2000, has been acquired by Uncle Joe's Famous Pizzeria, a well-known establishment from the Hamptons. This merger is a notable event in the local culinary scene, bringing new management while promising to maintain beloved traditions.
Owners Sal and Alissa Tauriello thank their customers for years of support as they prepare to move to Florida. "It has been an incredible journey," Sal Tauriello shared, reminiscing about the connections made over pizza. The Tauriellos entrust their legacy to the management of Scott and Tana Gerber from Uncle Joe's.
The Gerbers plan to uphold the standards Papa Nick's customers have come to expect, while integrating some of Uncle Joe's popular dishes and community-focused values. "We aim to continue providing excellent food and service, and introduce some of our family recipes," stated Tana Gerber.
With this change, Uncle Joe's seeks to strengthen community ties, noted for their loyalty program and involvement in local charities.
As Papa Nick's begins its new chapter, Bellport residents and visitors can look forward to a mix of familiar and new flavors. The community is encouraged to visit and see what the new ownership brings to this local pizzeria.
