Patchogue is buzzing this week. From an outdoor arts fair to fresh dining spots, live music, and local decisions that could shape the future, here’s what’s happening around town.

🎨 The Arts on Terry outdoor contemporary arts fair returns for its 9th year on Sunday, September 14, transforming Downtown Patchogue’s Terry Street into a vibrant hub of creativity. The free event runs from 1:00PM to 5:00PM and features a wide range of local and regional artists. [Patchogue Arts Council]

🍔 Patchogue’s dining scene is heating up with three new spots on the way: Milley’s Smashbar, a retro burger joint with late-night vibes; Aces & Eights, a hidden speakeasy slinging craft cocktails; and Amsterdams, bringing global flavors to the village. NewsBreak

🏗️ Kelly Builders & Development Group is seeking approvals to build a 30-unit, three-story residential building on Mulford Street, requesting multiple zoning reliefs including a height variance and reduced parking. The proposal, located in both E-Industrial and C-Residential zones, was presented alongside public feedback at a recent hearing. YouTube
