🛒 Fine Fare supermarket is moving into the former IGA space on Main Street in Bellport Village, bringing a new grocery option to the center of town, the store’s owners announced in a Facebook post Saturday. The new location promises easy access from Montauk Highway, ample parking, and aims to blend convenience with Bellport’s village charm, though no opening date has been shared yet. 🚔 A 63-year-old Patchogue man died after suffering a suspected medical episode while driving on North Ocean Avenue in Coram Friday afternoon, causing his vehicle to crash into the center median just before 3 p.m., Suffolk police said. He was taken to Stony Brook University Hospital where he was pronounced dead. [Patch]
🎁 The Suffolk County Sheriff’s Office will host its 4th Annual Pajama & Toy Giveaway on Sunday, January 4 at 11 a.m. at the Yaphank Correctional Facility Visiting Entrance, offering free pajamas and toys for kids while supplies last.
